Hammer Improvements
- Visual Cooldowns: Added a native Minecraft item cooldown (white overlay) to the Hierarchy Hammer when using the dash ability.
- Lore Context: Added descriptive lore to the Hierarchy Hammer explaining its Dash and Verdict abilities.
