A lightweight, fully-configurable teleport suite: player teleport requests plus safe random teleport.

Features

• Teleport requests — /tpa, /tpahere, with clickable [Accept] / [Deny] buttons
• /tpaccept, /tpadeny, /tpacancel, /tpaall
• /rtp — safe random teleport (never lava, void, treetops, or water; Nether-aware)
• Warm-up that cancels on move or damage; independent cooldowns for requests and /rtp
• Fully configurable — every message (with placeholders), every sound, and every toggle
• /tpareload — apply config changes live, no restart
• No dependencies
