Removes being able to get infinite elytra durability by elytra swapping every second. Also optionally removes RNG from the Unbreaking enchant.

Initial release! Includes:
- Durability fix for elytra by reducing it every tick instead of every second
- Opt-in unbreaking RNG removal
- NOTE: You need a custom server patch to enable
PlayerItemDamageEventto fire at 0 damage values for this to work properly.
- NOTE: You need a custom server patch to enable
Both of these are configurable in config.yml.
