Protected Items
Adds a command to protect items from dropping, loss on death, placement and right-click use.

- New command:
/protected add|remove|checkto mark items in hand as protected or remove protection. - Drop protection: protected items cannot be dropped from the inventory.
- Death protection: protected items are kept on death and restored on respawn (or dropped near the player if the inventory is full).
- Block & use protection: protected items cannot be used to place blocks or via right‑click (eggs, snowballs, etc.).
- Storage rules: protected items cannot be put into regular containers (chests, barrels, etc.), but can be stored in ender chests; operators can bypass this with a permission.
- Item frames: protected items cannot be placed into item frames.
- Permissions:
protecteditems.usefor the command,protecteditems.bypass-storeto allow placing protected items into containers.
