Fixes

• Fixed the /reload issue when switching worlds included in the blacklist/whitelist.

• The placeholder %powerfly_fly_enabled% now displays correctly (previously it did not show as enabled while the player was on the ground).

• Fixed an issue where added fly time was not displayed while the player was already flying when using the add fly time command.

• Fixed an issue where adding fly time to a player with infinite fly time did not show the correct message.

• Fixed multiple message translations that were not displayed correctly.

• Fixed an issue where the plugin incorrectly depended on LuckPerms to function.
