This plugin is basically LifeSteal, but with Potion Effects! Get a potion debuff when you die, and get a buff when you kill someone!

PotionSteal is a powerful and flexible PaperMC plugin inspired by LifeSteal—except here, potion effects and a balance system define player "power" instead of hearts!
Key Features:
- Balance System: Every player has a customizable "balance" tracked by the plugin. Lose it all, and you get deathbanned!
- Deathban & Revive: When a player's balance reaches zero, they are banned. But with a craftable Revive Book, any player can bring them back via an interactive GUI.
- Custom Elixir Item: Craft or receive the unique "Elixir of Renewal" potion to regain balance or remove negative effects. The Elixir is hardcoded for consistency.
- Revive Book Recipe: Only the Elixir of Renewal (not any generic potion) works in the Revive Book crafting recipe.
- Admin Commands: Easily manage balances, immunity, revive players, reload config, and give special items.
- Custom Tablist: Show off player balances in the tablist with customizable formatting.
- Highly Configurable: Most settings (plugin name, tablist, balance defaults, etc.) are configurable in
config.yml. The Elixir appearance and properties are hardcoded to ensure all crafting and commands stay consistent.
How to Use:
- Use
/potionstealor/pscommands to check and manage player balances, immunity, elixirs, and revive books. - Craft an Elixir of Renewal and use it to create a Revive Book.
- Revive banned friends through a simple and intuitive GUI.
- Customize balance defaults, tablist display, and plugin name in
config.yml.
Recipes:
Recipes for the Elixir of Renewal and Revive Book are available in the Gallery Tab!
Other Info:
- After editing
config.yml, restart the server for changes to apply (the reload command may not work reliably). - Plugin is open-source under the MIT License!
PotionSteal brings a unique strategic twist to your Minecraft server—perfect for factions, SMP, and custom PvP worlds!
