PollutedLands adds a dynamic pollution system where over-mining and exploitation in a chunk leads to environmental decay, corrupted mobs, and eerie visual effects, creating a harsher, more immersive survival experience.

🧪 Pollution System
Chunks now track pollution from block breaking, mob killing, spawner farming, and explosions.
Pollution scores stored in memory, with optional YAML/SQLite persistence.
👁️ Visual Decay
Polluted areas show coarse dirt, mycelium, decayed leaves, murky water, and custom fog/particles.
Ambient sound shifts in high-pollution chunks (configurable).
☠️ Mob Behavior Overhaul
Passive mobs flee or stop spawning in polluted zones.
Hostile mobs spawn more frequently and can mutate into buffed variants like Irradiated Zombies.
🌿 Restoration Mechanics
Pollution fades over time or can be reduced by replanting, using bone meal, or placing flowers.
Added /purify command and Purifier Block to actively cleanse the land.
🛠️ Commands & Permissions
/pollution check, /pollution cleanse, /pollution purify, and /pollution reload added.
Fine-grained permission system for player/admin control.
