Enhanced Plot Management

• Name your plots with /p rename <something like "I love cats">
• Visit other players' plots with /plot visit <playerName> <plotName>
• Teleport by name using /p tp <PlotName> (only works for your own plots)

• Custom Prefix - no more boring messages! The default [ScalaPlot] prefix can be changed and supports gradients
