Locator Bar (< 1.21.6)
Replicates the 1.21.6 Locator Bar feature for Paper 1.16.5–1.21.5. Displays nearby players on your Action Bar with distance-based icons and directional tracking.

Changes & Improvements
- New distance icons: ⬤ (close), ■ (medium), ● (far), • (very far)
- Very far icon now customizable in config
- Bar width increased to 51 (matches hotbar) and now configurable
- Vertical arrows changed to ꜛ ꜜ (smaller, elevated style)
- Vertical threshold increased to 10 blocks (was 5)
- Removed center bar marker
- Added color-tab-names: player names in tab list match their bar color
- Bar appears/disappears instantly (no fade)
