🚀 New Features & Major Changes

• Native Folia Support: Fully compatible with Folia servers through the implementation of region-based scheduling and async task management.
• New Module: Messages:
  • Fully configurable Join, Quit, and First-Join messages.
  • MOTD (Message of the Day): Greet your players with custom messages upon login.
  • Automated Broadcasts: Create timed server announcements with individual intervals.
• Enhanced Join-Items Module:
  • Skull Support: Items can now be defined as player heads using skull-owner: "%player%".
  • Advanced Security System: New flags for precise item control (no-drop, no-inventory-move, no-creative-move, no-drag, no-swap).
  • Persistence Features: Items can be configured to be automatically re-given after a /clear command or upon player death.
  • OP-Bypass: Administrators can now (optionally) bypass item restrictions.

• Structure: Configuration files moved to the plugins/PlainBase/modules/ directory.
• config.yml: Updated to Version 1.2 (Added module toggles for the Messages system).
• joinitems.yml: Updated to Version 1.1 (New format for item definitions and flags).
• spawn.yml: Updated to Version 1.2 (Internal update & path adjustment).
• messages.yml: Version 1.0 (New file added for the Messages module).
