- Removed storage migration (if updating from a version older than 0.7.0, first update to 0.7.1 - 0.7.5, then update to 0.8.0)
- Cleaned up back-end code to make using this mod easier to use as library for other mods

- Added naming of Nether Portals with Name Tags
