PJ's Enchants

This version fixes a duplication glitch when using the Magnetic Enchantment as well as the following:

• Magnetic is less annoying now (sound only plays when its being used)
• Spamming the jump button will no longer cause players to float briefly
• Enchanting table pools are adjusted per item to be more closely proportional to the total number of available enchants for that item (i.e. Pickaxes are more likely to have fewer enchants because there are fewer enchants available, meaning you won't just keep getting the same enchants over and over)
