Enchantment Table Tweaks

• Balanced custom enchantment XP cost calculations
• Tier 3 enchants can now only be obtained from level 30 enchants

Anvil Upgrades

• Enchanted books having no compatible vanilla enchants but compatible custom enchants will now work in an anvil

Bug Fixes

• Fixed anvil bug that didn’t take away XP
• Fixed Magnetic bug that deletes dropped items if inventory is full
• Fixed Discharge not showing lightning effect
• Fixed bug where vanilla enchants wouldn’t increment when combining enchanted books in an anvil
• Fixed a bug preventing Unholy from activating
