✨ New: Update Checker & /crate update

PixelCrates now checks Modrinth for new releases and lets you update with a single command — no manual re-download needed.

• Automatic update check on server start, logged to console if a newer version is available
• /crate update – downloads the latest release directly from Modrinth (pixelcrates.admin required)
  • Verifies the download against Modrinth's SHA1 checksum before accepting it
  • Installs via the standard Bukkit/Paper plugins/update/ mechanism — applied automatically on your next restart
  • Only ever replaces the plugin jar. Your crates, config.yml, and player stats live in plugins/PixelCrates/ and are never touched or overwritten
• Join notification for admins: OPs (and anyone with the new pixelcrates.updatenotify permission, default: op) get a heads-up in chat when an update is available
• Fully configurable via config.yml → update-checker:
  • enabled: false disables the whole feature (no requests to Modrinth, no console log, no join message)
  • notify-permission controls who besides OPs gets notified (leave empty for OP-only)

No other changes in this release.
