PipesReborn 1.0.0 — first release

The initial public release. A standalone, modernised revival of CraftBook 3's pipes mechanic, built for Paper 26.2.

Included:

• Glass-pipe item transport — sticky-piston inputs, glass networks, piston/dropper outputs
• Item-frame filtering by material type (whitelist, multiple frames supported)
• Coloured routing with stained glass
• Furnace-result and jukebox handling
• Server safeguards: max-pipe-blocks cap and optional per-piston cooldown
• /pipe reload command
• Developer API (pipe events + a request event to drive pipes programmatically)

Requires: Paper 26.2, Java 25.
