This release introduces bStats metrics and configures the plugin for dual compatibility across Minecraft 1.21.x and Minecraft 26.x servers.

Key Changes

• bStats Metrics Integration: Implemented metrics collection inside MetricsHandler using the official bStats library. The dependency has been shaded and relocated to prevent class conflicts with other plugins.
• Dual Compatibility (1.21.x - 26.x): Compiled targeting Java 21 and Paper API 1.21.4. This allows the plugin to run seamlessly on older Java 21 (1.21.x) servers and newer Java 25 (26.x) servers without separate builds.
• PlaceholderAPI Upgrade: Updated to the official HelpChat PlaceholderAPI release (version 2.12.3) for improved performance and reliability.
