This update brings so many new things to the table. Here's the changelog!

• German Language Support (de)
• Spanish Language Support (es)
• French Language Support (fr)
• 1.20.x + 1.19.x Full Support.
• /pv no longer returns an exception when used.
• /pv help & /pv now are multi-lined so it's easier to read.
• Scheduler now actually makes sense (PROGRAMMER).
• Stopped the Update Checker from complaining when the plugin version is ahead of Spigot.
• Update Checker is now disabled by default and can be re-enabled in the configuration. Note this will generate an exception with the Java Integer library; will fix in the next update.
• Full support for applying effect server-wide ("*" in configuration).
• /pv will no longer post "/permavision" when something is wrong.
• Full support for multi-line messages.

• Unknown Command message is now shown instead of /permavision
• Added prefix to the effects revoked/added/existing messages.
