Features have been added and issues have been fixed!

• /pv help now exists! You can get a basic run-down of all commands with this command.

• /pv add now adds the player to the configuration instead of simply adding the effect to the player.

• /pv revoke now removes the player from the config and revokes the effect.

The following issues have also been identified:

• Plugin does not stop other plugins/commands from overriding the effects.
