Update spam after staging: The auto-updater was logging
[AutoUpdater] Update availableas a WARNING on every check interval (default: every hour) even after the update had already been downloaded and staged. Now once the update is staged it only logs a quiet INFO reminder once per check instead of repeating the WARN. -
Stale staged-file after restart: Paper/Bukkit sometimes leaves the file in
plugins/update/after applying it on restart. When the auto-updater detected this leftover file it would keep loggingv1.1.XX is staged - restart to applyeven though the update was already running. Now when the running version is already at or beyond the latest known version, the stale staged file is deleted automatically.
