Release 1.7 - The Stability & Integration Update

This update fixes a long-standing orbital display bug and adds the persistence and third-party integration players and admins have been asking for.

New Features

• Persistent Craft History: Multi-step recipe prerequisites are now saved to craft-history.yml and survive server restarts, instead of resetting every session.
• PlaceholderAPI Support: New soft-dependency exposing %pedestals_total%, %pedestals_crafts_<name>%, and %pedestals_cooldown_<name>% for scoreboards, tab lists, and other plugins.

Bug Fixes

• Orbital Loot Preview Duplication: Fixed a bug where floating loot-table item displays could duplicate into hundreds of entities or freeze in place after a chunk unload/reload.
• Cross-Chunk Drift: Orbitals that drifted across a chunk boundary are now tracked and cleaned up correctly instead of becoming permanent orphans.

Improvements & Technical Changes

• Throttled Self-Healing: Orbitals now reconcile (adopt/clean up/top off) at most once per second per pedestal instead of every tick, removing the runaway-duplication risk while staying cheap on performance.
• Restart-Safe Orbitals: Orbitals are now restored automatically on pedestal/chunk load instead of being disabled after load.
