First store release of Paintball for RP Engine

• Team paintball up to 5v5: one hit splats you, three seconds to respawn, most kills wins.
• Markers that land on the crosshair, aiming down the sights, grenades, and paint on every wall.
• A full-screen HUD and a scoreboard, drawn in ResourcePack AI Studio.
• Pick red or blue in the lobby, and build a speedball arena with one command.
• Spigot or Paper 1.21.11 and newer, with RP Engine 0.2.3 or newer.
