OPItems (not too small) QOL update v1.10.0

Changes:

• Deprecated OPItems GUI
• Added command to update items to their newer version (/opitems upgradeItems)
• The endsword now also teleports partly if the rest of the way is obstructed
• The pig cannon now shoots the pigs without arrows
• Decreased the standard explosiveness of the wand of blocks
• OPItems gives now a warning back to the warning by paper when using the PreLoginEvent
• The landmines should now be able to be placed in every dimension
• Updated /opitems help
• Removed the longer commands in favor of /opitems subcommands
• The console can now also execute /opitems help & version
• Added bStats
• Added Lore to some items
• The item names are now all just red and not different colors and bold
• OPItems now have a gray OPItems marking
• Redid the fireshoes effect
• Added proper metadata to the opitems -> more futureproof
