OPItems Small Update 1.9.3

Added Items:

• Beta: Wand of Blocks | Great Damage, but high backfire. Anti Explosion Helmet recommended

Added Configs:

• ActivateWandofBlocks
• AllowCraftWandofBlocks

Added Cmds:

• /opitems remove_recipes | If an Error with the Crafting of OPItems recipes occurs, you should execute this cmd and restart the server
• /items remove_now | Removes all loaded Items without delay

Changes:

• Updated Celutis to v0.3
• No Fall now also blocks the damage from flying into a wall with an elytra
• Expanded Error Messages
• When the DataFiles for the for example Wand of Homes are Corrupted, they will now be, most of the times, automaticly replaced by a new, empty file

Fixed Bugs:

• EntityDamageByBlockEvent -> NullPointerException
• Hook of Vel. -> Sometimes not activating
• Fly Stick -> Not Able to fly in Creative Mode after Dying
