A Paper plugin that lets players chat with an OpenRouter model directly from inside the game.

- Allows the server console to run management commands: add-key, clear-key, reload, and status.
- Keeps /openrouter
player-only, since chat prompts need an in-game sender. - Updates README/description language to clarify single-turn/stateless behavior, console command support, ops-only-chat, and Paper 26.1.2 compatibility.
- Bumps plugin version to 0.1.1.
Compatibility
- Written for Paper 1.21.4 / Java 21.
- Confirmed working on Paper 26.1.2 with the existing Java 21 build target.
