Initial beta release
- Adds 100 functional daily gameplay rules
- Uses a non-repeating rotation across every enabled rule
- Includes configurable timezone, rotation seed, and enabled-rule list
- Adds admin set, reroll, list, and reload commands
- Persists daily overrides across server restarts
- Supports Paper 1.21–1.21.11 and Java 21+
Testing notice: This build has been compiled and structurally verified but has not yet been play-tested on a live server. Back up important worlds before installation.
