OD's Economy

Overhauls the plugin adding a new GUI system for everything. User Features:

• New User Panel for easier use
• User panel includes Pay, Banknotes, Lottery, Dice Game, Auction House, Bounties, Shared Accounts, Dealerships, Sell, Transactions Log, Balance Top, Interest, Tax System, and a Tax Manager GUI. Admin Features:
• Admin Panel for easier use for admins
• Transaction Viewer - shows all recent server transactions with type, amount, and details
• Tax Setup Wizard - set up user taxes step-by-step to change everything related to user taxes
• Tax Manager - clear debts, force-assess taxes, and configure all tax settings
• Dealerships - create, delete, manage members, set custom icons, and edit items/stock/prices for each server-run store that admins can setup
• Item Sell Setups - add, edit, and remove sellable items with configurable prices
• Lottery Management - draw winners, set ticket price, and reset lottery options
• Intrest Configuration - toggle on or off intrest, and change rates and interval
• All config in /ecoadmin - there's a good config.yml included, but you'll only need the easy-to-use, built-in admin panel to configure everything.
