NPC Mannequins in Survival

This release supports Paper running Minecraft Java 1.21.9 and 1.21.10. It may work on future Minecraft versions, but it has not been tested.

• Mannequins will now be spawned at the exact location the player's crosshairs is looking at (instead of the middle of the block)
• Slightly improved the body rotation of mannequins spawned via mannequin soul
