New Features

• In-Plugin MIDI Converter: Added /notematic create <name> <url> [options] to download and convert MIDI files to Notematic JSON format on the fly, removing the need to manually export files from Notematic Studio on the web.
• Radio Mode: Added radio as a play target option (/notematic play <song> radio [radius] [volume] [loop]). Plays positional note block music that tracks the carrier player's location in real-time.
• Command Blacklist: Added /notematic blacklist <add|remove|list> <player> to allow administrators to block specific players from running commands. Features an interactive chat GUI to easily remove players from the blacklist.
• Rename Command: Added /notematic rename <old> <new> to allow administrators to rename song files on disk directly from the game chat.

Improvements & Fixes

• Interactive Library List: Clicking on a song name in /notematic list now automatically executes the play command for that song.
• UI Refresh: Cleaned up command borders with em-dash dividers and changed the public song icon from a globe to an unlocked lock symbol.
• Case-Insensitive Renaming: Fixed an issue where renaming files with casing changes only (e.g., renaming aof to AOF) failed on Windows servers.
• Tab Completion: Added complete tab-autocomplete support for all newly added commands and sub-arguments (blacklist, rename, radio options).
