Changes

• Smarter update checks — Pastebin polled every 30 minutes; staff get join checks and 3-hour reminders instead of constant spam
• Command UX — /tc for your toggle state, /tc <player> for staff, live /tc status + ETA, /tc help only shows what you can use
• User pack permissions — each player command has its own permission node under normaltreecapitator.user
• /tc version is admin-only — normaltreecapitator.version defaults to op (included in the admin pack)
• Languages — chat strings in languages/ (EN-us, EN-gb, EN-sg, DE-de, ES-es, PT-br); server default via language: / /tc language server; optional personal /tc language
• admin.state rename — staff /tc <player> permission renamed from admin.status
• Fairer durability cuts — with break-tool: false, 0-cost leaves stay if the axe can’t afford every trunk (no bare leftover logs)
