No Netherite Plugin

This plugin was made for Paper/Bukkit as a way for me to start learning how to make plugins. The plugin prevents all players from using a smithing table to craft netherite armor or tools. If you intend to do a juggernaut event or have like one set of netherite on a server, you can still spawn in netherite through the /give command or creative mode.
