NewbieProtect is a lightweight, highly optimized, and multi-language plugin designed to shield new players from unwanted PvP during their first minutes on the server.

⚙️ Reworked Command Logic: All subcommands (enable, disable, reload) are now registered as standalone commands (/newbie-enable, /newbie-disable, /newbie-reload) for seamless integration with custom menus, script plugins, and advanced permission managers.
🐛 Fixed Timer Exploit: The /newbie-enable command no longer resets the countdown back to 15 minutes. It now correctly resumes the exact remaining seconds from when it was paused.
🔒 Added Anti-Abuse Lock: Players who deplete their protection time to 0 can no longer re-enable it. Their "used" status is permanently saved in data.yml.
🪄 Eliminated BossBar Flickering: Fixed an issue where the BossBar progress bar would lag and numbers would violently jitter due to redundant scheduler tasks running on Paper/Folia. It now updates smoothly exactly once per second.
🌐 Expanded Localization: Added full translations for German, Spanish, French, and Ukrainian. All configuration comments have been rewritten in English for easier server administration.
♻️ Implemented Hot-Reload: The /newbie reload command now instantly recreates active BossBars on online players, immediately applying any newly configured colors or styles without interruption.
