NeoTab 1.3.0-Beta.2 — Regions, ActionBar Extras & Random Messages

NeoTab 1.3.0-Beta.2 continues the 1.3.0 beta cycle and adds bigger server-management features for tab, scoreboard, regions, ActionBar extras, and random messages.

This is still a beta release, so please keep a backup of your config before updating.

Region Profiles

Added Region Profiles for switching tab and scoreboard layouts based on player location.

Region support includes:

• Cuboid region matching
• Region priority handling
• Wand selection
• Optional WorldEdit / FAWE import
• Region-based tab profile switching
• Region-based scoreboard profile switching

New command:

/tab region gui

The region GUI can be used for:

• Listing regions
• Editing regions
• Creating regions
• Importing regions
• Toggling regions
• Deleting regions

ActionBar Extras

NeoTab now includes the new ActionBar Extras beta system.

Added a central ActionBar priority dispatcher and moved the existing timer into that system.

Included ActionBar extras:

• Timer
• Stopwatch
• Clock
• Welcome message
• Random messages
• Biome popup
• Advancement / achievement popup
• Nearest-player display
• Experimental structure popup controls

Random Messages Commands

Added new commands for managing random ActionBar messages directly in-game:

/tab randommessages list
/tab randommessages add
/tab randommessages remove
/tab randommessages clear

The active English default messages were expanded.

An inactive German message pack is also included for a later language / translation workflow.

This beta also includes several smaller fixes and cleanup changes:

• Fixed ActionBar extras timing
• Fixed ActionBar extras labels
• Fixed visible advancement counting
• Fixed persistent scoreboard toggle behavior
• Fixed the first-run default header text
• Improved region handling for tab and scoreboard switching
• Internal cleanup for the 1.3.0 beta cycle

⚠️ Beta Notice

This is a beta release.

It should be fine for testing and smaller live servers, but bugs can still happen while the new region, scoreboard, ActionBar, and random message systems are being expanded.

Please back up your config before updating between beta versions.
