NeonVoter is a lightweight voting plugin for Minecraft servers. It includes its own Votifier v1 and v2 receiver, so there is no need to install a separate Votifier plugin.

It handles vote rewards, offline votes, vote streaks, and vote milestones while keeping the setup simple.
