New Feature: Scared Creepers (Disabled by default)

If enabled, creepers will be unable to target a Neko under any condition.

New Config option: Swift Sneak enchant level (default 3) Bug Fixes:

Fixed not checking if Claws was set in config.
Fixed Warning about NekoList already existing

This update changes the config version to 1.5
