MythicStaffs v1.0 - Initial Release

This is the first official release of the MythicStaffs plugin. It introduces the core mechanics for the Fire Staff, including combo-based abilities, custom particles, and a real-time cooldown HUD.

Features Overview

• Fire Dash (Left Click): Propels the player forward with a trail of fire particles.
• Fire Vortex (Sneak + Left Click): Spawns a spiraling fire tornado at the target location that damages and launches entities upwards.
• Flame Burst (Right Click): Rapidly fires flame projectiles that ignite targets on impact.
• Inferno Ring (Sneak + Right Click): Charges a spinning ring of fire that can be launched as a devastating projectile upon a subsequent Left Click.
• Lava Walker (Passive): Grants fire immunity and creates temporary obsidian platforms when walking over lava while holding the staff.

System Enhancements

• Dynamic Action Bar HUD: Displays real-time cooldowns for all abilities.
• Professional Typography: Utilizes small caps (ᴀʙᴄᴅᴇ) formatting.
• Hex Color Support: Employs vibrant hex colors (<#RRGGBB>) for item lore and UI elements.
