Optimization Update

• [+] Hopper Upgrades are now cached not stored in a YAML file
• [+] Skips hopper updates in unloaded chunks, but as soon as they are loaded updates hoppers
• [+] Reduced the hopper task to update every 2 ticks to match up with hopper upgrade speeds
• [+] Fixed the ConcurrentModificationException error
• [+] Now groups hoppers by chunks to update it all at once instead of all of them seperately
• [+] Reused the hopper inventory when collecting nearby items, avoiding a second block state lookup
