Fixes:

• /myc ? 5 not showing the rest of commands
• When your server has Residence/Dominion installed, but you set them to false in config.yml about dedicated-company-building, and still can't create chestshop in company area.
• can't create chestshop anywhere when dedicated-company-building is disabled in config.yml
• company area missing in main menu in Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese versions
