Predict if someone is cheating trough score, /mx ghostwatch detection and cheats detection

/mx ghostwatch:

When command is executed, the command sender enters a detection mode where the plugin scans for cheaters, if it detects someone cheating, it teleport you to the player and freezes him. Detected Cheats are:

• Breaking blocks above configured blocks/minute threshold
• Flying without permission (basic + advanced movement-based detection)
• Walking on water (Jesus hack)
• Excessive attack speed (KillAura)
• Rapid block placement (FastPlace)
• Rapid tool switching/breaking (FastBreak)
• X-Ray mining patterns
• Mass block destruction (Nuker)

/mx ghostwatch dismiss player_name:

Dismiss a player from ghostwatch detection and makes it able for the player to move again.
