🌐 Discord Appeal Screen — Added customizable disconnect screens with direct Discord appeal links.

🛠️ Report System Improvements — Fixed report panel refresh issues, auto-cleanup timers, and added live in-chat report alerts for staff.
🎮 Spectator Mode Fix — Exiting spectator surveillance now automatically restores your original game mode (Survival/Creative).
🔒 Permission Fixes — Fixed command permission messages and standardized all error messages with config.yml prefixes.
⚠️ Warn Expiration Fix — Fixed warning punishments expiring immediately on issue.
🚀 Stability & Performance — Fixed potential crash risks during multi-player joins and concurrent chat events.
