🐛 Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue where /warn would show a success message but the warning was never actually saved. The punishment was being marked as instantly expired due to a duration = 0 miscalculation. Warnings are now stored permanently until manually removed with /unwarn.
• Fixed offline players not being targetable for ban, mute, and warn actions. Commands and GUI now support offline players through a player history system.
• Fixed clicking an offline player's skull in the GUI sometimes doing nothing due to a null name lookup.

✨ New Features

• Player History — The plugin now tracks all players who have ever joined the server. Their profiles are saved in players.yml and are available across all moderation menus.
• Offline Player Support — Ban, Mute, and Warn actions now work on offline players through both the GUI and direct commands.
• Search Button — An anvil icon in the center of the player selection menu allows staff to search for any player by name.
• Online / Offline Sorting — In the player selection menu, online players (green) are listed first, followed by offline players (gray).
• Kick Offline Guard — Attempting to kick an offline player now shows a clear error message instead of silently failing.

⚙️ Permission Changes

• Removed automatic default: op bypass. All permissions now require explicit assignment via LuckPerms or any permission plugin.
• Staff members with any moderation permission (e.g. moderation.kick) can now open the /mod menu without needing moderation.use granted separately.
• Locked menu buttons are now shown as Barrier icons for actions the staff member doesn't have permission to use.
