MobaPlugin — Changelog 0.3 A balance pass across the item shop: one item removed, several reworked from the ground up, and a lot of numbers moved. ⚠️ Breaking changes Removed: War Horn. The aura that handed Speed II and Strength II to nearby allies is gone, along with its slot in the Utility tab. Removed: the Artifacts category. It had been empty since hero-unique items moved into the level 25 capstone talents, and it no longer shows up in the shop at all. Blood Pact is no longer a passive. It used to be a stackable +2 damage / −2 HP item. It is now a one-time active — see below. Anyone building around three stacked copies will need a new plan. Bulwark lost its passive entirely. No more +5 hearts and no more −20% to your own damage. It is a pure active now. Balance changes Reworked: Blood Pact — 400 gold. Use it and you permanently gain +15% damage and lose 15% of your max health for the rest of the match. The item then vanishes and can't be bought again by that player. Reworked: Bulwark — 300 gold, 25 sec cooldown. For 5 seconds physical damage is blocked in both directions: nothing physical reaches you, and nothing physical leaves you. Abilities still land, both ways. Reworked: Battle Drum — now a passive that reacts to combat instead of an active. Get hit and you gain Strength I for 8 sec; land a hit and you gain Speed I for 8 sec. Both share one 25 second cooldown, so you won't collect both from a single trade. Reworked: Thorn Shell — now active. It reflects 20% of melee damage passively at all times, and activating it adds another 30% for 6 seconds on a 30 second cooldown. Reworked: Life Bloom — 300 gold. Instead of healing 1 HP every 3 seconds, it now builds 1 HP of absorption every 3 seconds, up to a 5 heart cap. It no longer restores health; it stacks a shield ahead of a fight. Reworked: Earthshaker — 270 gold (down from 420). It no longer deals damage. Enemies within 6 blocks are launched straight up 6 blocks and land with Slowness II for 4 seconds. Flame Blade — now stacks up to 2 copies, and each gives 1.5 sec of burning instead of a flat 5. Two copies burn for 3 sec. Frost Shard is now Frost Blade — same treatment: up to 2 copies, 1 sec of slow each, 2 sec at two copies. Whetstone now carries a cost at full stack: holding all 3 copies means you take 10% more incoming damage. One or two copies are unaffected. Hunter's Mark is now Forester's Glove — limited to a single copy, and the creep damage bonus goes from +15% per copy to a flat +20%. Still nothing against heroes or towers. Guardian Plate — −8% incoming damage instead of −12%, but it now stacks up to 2 copies. Giant's Heart — 150 gold (down from 210) and grants +5 hearts instead of +4. Iron Will — 240 gold, down from 260. Ward — 60 gold, down from 90. Combined items Will of Fire and Will of Ice now take two blades each plus an Iron Will, and cost 510 to match. Reworked: Thermos — it's a Purify Charm with a second charge, and it's now built from one. 280 gold, two charges, each on its own 35 second cooldown. The old Strength and Speed buff is gone. Reworked: Obsidian Shield — its "both parent effects" line stopped meaning anything once Bulwark's passive was removed, so it has its own effects now: +30% knockback resistance, and every 4 seconds it puts out fire on you. Fire only — it clears nothing else. Bulwark has been dropped from its recipe; it builds from an Anvil alone. Blade of Two Elements — burns for 2 sec and slows for 1.5 sec, in line with its rebalanced components. Overheat is unchanged. Diamond Skin — +6 hearts passively, up from +4. Its own component, Giant's Heart, now gives +5, and the combined item shouldn't be weaker than a part of it. Added A guide card on the Combined tab. It explains, before you buy anything, that components you own are consumed into the build, that missing parts are already priced in, and that a combined item can only ever be bought once. The Recommended tab now suggests five items instead of three, split into Farm, Damage, Defence, Support and Mobility. Every item in the shop now belongs to exactly one of them — the old three roles only ever covered 21 items out of 45, so half the shop was never recommended to anyone. Fixed Fixed: the Recommended tab was suggesting reworked items for the wrong jobs. Blood Pact was still listed as a farming item, though it now costs 400 and permanently strips 15% of your max health — not something to hand a player on the early lane. Bulwark was still listed for pushing, though it now blocks physical damage in both directions, your own included. Thermos wasn't recommended at all. All three are now filed correctly, and Bulwark counters melee line-ups while Thermos counters poison ones. Fixed: hero-specific suggestions pointed at items that no longer do the job. Guardians and Diggers were told to buy Bulwark as a tank item after its tanking passive was removed; they now get Anvil and Obsidian Shield instead. Priests are pointed at Thermos over the single-charge Purify Charm, and melee heroes at the Blade of Two Elements now that a lone Flame Blade only burns for 1.5 sec. Fixed: Purify Charm didn't clear everything it claimed to. Two effects survived it because they aren't potion effects — the freeze from Will of Ice and the Frost Dome, and the 40% healing cut from Cleansing Rain. Both are now removed, along with Glowing and Bad Luck. Localization Every renamed item, changed description and new message in this release ships in both English and Russian.
