Additions

• Resource Zones are now shown on the pl3xmap. With their own layer.

Changes

• Pollution for pl3xmap only renders if there is any amount of pollution or ecological damage. This should help its performance quite a bit when using both plugins.
• Boilers will now only boil water when there is space for generated steam. This will reduce fuel from being wasted when no steam is being produced due to the output being full.
• Boilers now store 1k water and steam.

Fixes

• Foliage dissapation multiplier now appears properly in /mt map.
• The Cargo Ejector is now recognized by movers! (You will need to replace placed ones)
• Fixed an issue with WorldGuard errors when not using WorldGuard.
