New Features

• Added an update checker that notifies the console when a new version is available (configurable with check-updates).

• Added new permissions: mineboost.info, mineboost.help and mineboost.tier.copper.

• Tools given with /mineboost give are now dropped on the ground if the player's inventory is full.

• Tab completion now only suggests the subcommands the player has permission to use.

Improvements

• Simplified tool lore: removed the action, compatible blocks and "Epic Tool" lines.

• Improved permission handling across all commands (give, info, help and reload).

• Recipes are now discovered per player based on their tier permissions after a reload.
