NEW BLOCK: THROTTLE LEVER

• A hand-set analog redstone source. Right-click to step the output up by 1, sneak-right-click to step it down (0-15); it powers adjacent redstone directly at that level (weighted-plate rules -- run dust or lamps against it).
• Not a pressure plate: stepping on it never changes the signal, and the vanilla step and click are suppressed. Floor placement only.
• The spruce-fence handle tilts to show the current strength; the setting survives breaks, reloads, and restarts.
• Craft: a stick over a row of redstone dust, iron ingot, and cobblestone, over three smooth stone slabs.

NEW MACHINE: MECHANICAL DISPENSER

• A vanilla dispenser that becomes a launcher (higher speed, increased accuracy/consistency) when fed rotation power; unpowered it stays an ordinary dispenser (vanilla GUI, hoppers, and item pipes all keep working). Glows with red eyes while active.
• Craft: a slime block above a piston flanked by two bearings, above a dispenser flanked by redstone.

RECIPES

• Burner recipe reworked -- now shapeless: a blast furnace, a dropper, and any copper grate. The old copper/blast-furnace/iron recipe is retired.
• Drill recipe no longer needs netherite -- now a diamond over an iron-flanked piston over a full row of iron.

RENAMED

• The "Mechanism" family is now "Mechanical": the Mechanism Minecart becomes the Mechanical Minecart (now a lodestone-headed item); advancement text renames the Extendable Piston to Mechanical Piston.

ADVANCEMENTS

• New nodes: craft/use milestones for the throttle lever and mechanical dispenser; craft milestones for the Copper Water Pump and the burner -> boiler -> steam piston stack; and a steam-power network milestone.
• Tree tidy-up: the chain pulley now hangs under the gear, and the chain hoist has its own icon.
