Native Java Fallbacks & Compatibility Fixes

• Native Java File System Utilities: Added custom built-in Java file management commands (/mclinux list, /mclinux cat <file>, and /mclinux disk). These commands run directly through Java memory and file APIs, allowing full directory browsing, log reading, and disk space diagnostics even on strictly locked free hosts (like freemcserver.net) that revoke raw OS shell execution bits.
• POSIX Shell Integration (/bin/sh): Switched the default Linux process execution wrapper from bash to POSIX-compliant /bin/sh to ensure maximum compatibility across minimal container distributions and restricted server environments.
• Lightweight Core Cleanup: Completely removed external network server dependencies to ensure 100% zero-bloat, stable, and instant startup times across all hosting platforms.
• Updated Dynamic Tab-Completion: Refactored the TabCompleter interface matrix to auto-complete the new native fallback commands (list, cat, disk, reload) seamlessly inside the in-game chat dropdown menu.
• Hot-Reload Whitelist Control: Added /mclinux reload to dynamically re-read config.yml whitelist settings on the fly without needing a full server reboot.
