Paper plugin that finally makes the classic Manhunt tracking compass actually usable. Get a compass, right-click to pick who to hunt, and it points right at them in real time.

- Fixed compass tracking after respawns, reconnects, and plugin reloads.
- Improved Nether portal fallback for cross-dimension tracking.
- Blocked moving Manhunt compasses into containers with clicks, drags, hotbar swaps, or offhand swaps.
- Fixed full inventory cases so compasses drop at the player's feet instead of disappearing.
- Made /removecompass clear tracking state immediately.
- Cleaned up build output tracking in the repo.
