Small maintenance update focused on anonymous bStats metrics and improved YAML synchronization.

• bStats helps track plugin usage, version adoption, and server environment information so future MailboxGUI development can be better prioritized.
• Metrics can be disabled through the plugin config or globally through bStats.

• Improved YAML synchronization for config updates.
• When the bundled config is updated, MailboxGUI now synchronizes the config structure while preserving existing configured values.
• New config keys can be added automatically without forcing server owners to redo their current settings.

Upgrade Notes

• No mailbox data reset is required.
• Existing mailbox, mail, package, COD, money mail, Post Office, and NPC data remain compatible.
• Existing config values are preserved during config synchronization.
