v1.0.4

This pull request consolidates and modernizes the CI/CD workflows for building and publishing the project, while also making a minor version bump and updating a core config type. The most significant changes are the replacement of multiple workflow files with a single unified workflow that handles releases for both main and alpha branches, and the migration from a custom Config class to a new YamlConfig class for configuration management.

CI/CD Workflow Modernization:

• Added a new unified workflow file (.github/workflows/release-and-publish.yml) that builds, tags, and publishes releases to GitHub, Hangar, and Modrinth for both main and alpha branches, automatically selecting the appropriate release channel and versioning scheme.
• Removed the old separate workflow files for main and alpha branches (.github/workflows/main.yml and .github/workflows/alpha.yml). [1] [2]

Configuration Management:

• Updated Configs.java to use the new YamlConfig class instead of the previous Config class for all configuration files, improving clarity and standardization.

Versioning:

• Bumped the plugin version from 1.0.3 to 1.0.4 in gradle.properties.
