LU7 Creative

This is the initial release of the LU7 Creative Minecraft Plugin.

• Server Start Notifications via ntfy server
• Server Stop Notifications via ntfy server
• Player Join Notifications via ntfy server
• Config.yml, allowing people to set their own ntfy server URL and authentication token, as well as enable and disable individual alerts
• /lu7creativereload command used to reload the config.yml file, requires lu7creative.commands permission
• /lu7creativetest command, requires lu7creative.commands permission
