[RPG] Legends of the North

Added completely new functions that are actually useful. Redesigned skill trees and reworked bosses.

1. Changed bosses HP's and functions:

   • Dragon: Ability to use Fire breath. 500HP -> 700HP
   • Warden: 500HP -> 700HP
   • Wither: 300HP -> 200HP
   • Guardian: 80HP -> 120

2. Added armor rating. Each armor will have its own rating when wearing. Rating can be upgraded by using anvil. Place an armor and ingot in anvil and you get upgraded armor.

3. Added shouts just like in TESV:S - "SHOUTS" in GUI. Select shout and double shift. Shouts use Magicka because magicka had no use so I decided to do it like this. There is Fire breath, Became ethereal, unrelenting force, and whirlwind sprint

4. Some smaller details like renaming certain GUIs and small mob updates.
